You win the project, I build it, and your client sees your agency. I work inside your process — your repositories, your ticketing, your Slack — and I do not contact your client unless you ask me to.
This is useful when a project needs more development capacity than your team has this month, when it needs a stack your team does not cover, or when a client project arrives already broken and someone has to read it before anyone can quote it.
Design agencies most often need the step after the design is signed off: turning a Figma file into a real, responsive React or Next.js frontend that matches it. My largest contract of that kind was 203 hours of Figma-to-React work on a single interface.
The second common case is a client project somebody else started. A previous developer or subcontractor left, the site is half-finished or broken in production, and your team needs an honest read on what is salvageable before you go back to the client with a number.
We start with a 15-minute call about the kind of work you have. For a specific project you send the brief, the design, or repository access under NDA, and I come back with a written scope, a timeline and a price — fixed-scope, or a weekly retainer if you want ongoing capacity.
During the build you get preview deploys you can show your client as your own work, and a weekly update written so you can forward it without editing. I adjust my hours to overlap with US, UK and European working days.
You talk to the person writing the code, so nothing is lost between an account manager and an offshore team, and there is no second agency margin stacked on yours.
The honest limit is capacity. I am one person, so I take a small number of projects at a time and tell you up front when I am full rather than stretching a timeline you have already promised.
